Notifications and Receiving Orders
You may be concerned that unless you’re looking directly at the app, you might miss an order. Don’t worry, every new order will appear as a new ‘Notification’, and you can easily toggle to ‘Order Status’ to see how each order is being processed.
If you sign up your F&B business up as an event space under GemSpot, you’ll be a part of the new Celebration Packages feature whereby users will be able plan entire events via our platform, which can include your business as an event venue, offering your menu as event catering, and GemSpot will even sort out add-ons for decorations.
