Refund Policy

1.  GemSpot maintains a free cancellation policy before the stipulated cancellation deadline. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must do so in accordance with the cancellation cut- off time specified by the Merchant. If you cancel your purchase after the cancellation cut- off time, there will be no refunds (either in the form of money or GemSpot Credits). There will also be no refunds for any partially used or unused offer unless you provide credible evidence to us to prove that you have been wrongly billed. No refund will be given if the purchase made was due to your negligence of not taking proper measures to protect your account and causing a third party to have access to it, resulting in the abuse of GemSpot’s policies.

2.  GemSpot will process and reimburse to your bank account any refund (less any processing fee and applicable tax) within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days from the date of order made via GemSpot Application, if such order could not be honoured by GemSpot due to following events:

i.  the product is out of stock;

ii.  the merchant has ceased its business;

iii.  failure of delivery services to deliver the product; or

iv.  any other unforeseeable events that resulted to the said incident.

3. If you intend to cancel your order on your own accord and no fault to GemSpot or the Merchant, GemSpot will only refund to you in the form of GemSpot Credits (less any processing fee and applicable tax).
