Follow this step-by-step guide and get to ordering today:

• Log on to the GemSpot app and browse for your gift(s) of choice.
  
  On the home screen, you will notice categories of seasonal offerings.
  Click “View All” to see the entire selection for that category.
  Alternatively, use the Search option by looking up key words if you’re looking for something specific.
  
  You can also ‘Favourite’ items you’re interested in by bookmarking them to find them easily again later.

• Adding to your basket
  Once you’ve selected the item you would like to order, add it to your basket.
  
  If you are for example ordering multiple gifts intended for different recipients, you should only add one (or more) item(s) to your basket at a time so that you can assign that gift order to its own delivery address.
  
  If you are ordering multiple items from the same vendor and to be delivered to the same address, you can go ahead and add multiple items to your basket.
  
  For example, if ordering two bouquets from the same florist intended for the same recipient, you can add both items to your basket.
  
  [As you will later be able to personalise a message for your recipient (see below), you will not however be able to add multiple items from different vendors to the same basket.]
  
  Select the order type as ‘Gift Delivery’.

• Checking your basket
  When you’re ready to check out, review ‘Your Order Details’.
  
  The vendor that you are purchasing from will appear at the top of the page. Just below the vendor details, you will be able to leave a personalised note for your recipient, and the vendor will be able to add your message to your gift.

• Select delivery time / Input receiver details
  When clicking on “Select Time”, you will be directed to a sub-page.
  On this page, check the box for ‘Send as Gift’, and add your recipient’s details there such as name and full address.
  
  Next, select the date and time that you want your gift delivered.
  
  Certain items such as cakes, bouquets and other gifts, as well as large food orders may require advance ordering. Other items are also possible for same-day delivery.

• Check out
  Finally, you will be redirected back to the previous page with ‘Your Order Details’. Check your order one final time and proceed to make payment.
  
  Sit back and relax knowing your gift delivery is all taken care of, and await to hear from your happy gift receivers!
